Football

  1. Completion of 90 minutes of play

All the match purchases are based on the result after 90 minutes of play, unless otherwise specified. These 90 minutes shall include injury time, but not extra time, penalties or “golden goals”. Unless otherwise specified, all bets for any game ending before 90 minutes shall be void, with the exception of those whose result has already been determined at the time that the match ends. In order for the bets to stand, the purchase should be fully determined e.g. bets for the First Player to Score or the Time of First Goal shall stand under the condition that a goal has been scored at the time that the match ends.

Exceptions to this rule shall apply for friendly matches where all purchases are settled based on the actual result at the end of the game (excluding any extra time), regardless of whether 90 minutes are completed, for Beach Soccer where purchases are specifically settled only after 36 minutes of play.

In order for the bets to stand, the format should consist of 2 halves of 45 minutes (for official or friendly matches).

For matches marked specifically as Youth and for reference purposes, “Youth” is a general term we use for football matches played between teams with players under 23 years old.

Should at any time the format of the game change from 2x45 minutes into any other format, all purchases in this specific match shall be considered void, with the exception of Beach Soccer where purchases are specifically settled only after 36 minutes of play.

  2. 10 Minutes Events

Events must happen between 0:00 and 09:59 to be classed in the first 10 minutes (e.g. a corner awarded in this period but only taken after 10:00 will not count).
The designated 10 minute period must be completed for bets to stand (unless the outcome of the specific market is already determined).

  3. Extra-Time In-Play Markets

Bets are settled on the official statistics for the extra-time period. Any goals or corners that were taken or scored during regulation time do not count.

  4. Postponed,Rescheduled or Interrupted Matches

Games which have not been played or have been postponed shall be considered as non-runners for settlement purposes, unless if the match is scheduled and completed within 48 hours from the original date of the match.

Should any match be played prior to the date or kick-off time denoted then any such match may be included provided the wager is placed not later than the revised kick-off time.

Any match abandoned before the completion of 90 minutes play will be void except for those bets the outcome of which has already been determined at the time of abandonment. The market must be fully determined for bets to stand For example, first player to score or time of the first goal bets will stand provided a goal has been scored at the time of abandonment.

The only exception to the above abandoned match rule, is for all South American club matches where Full-Time Result and Double Chance markets (both pre-game and In-Play) will be settled on the score at the time of the abandonment providing the relevant league allows the result to stand.

  5. Matches not Played as Listed

If a match venue is changed (other than to the away team's ground) then bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed (e.g. match is played at the original away team's ground) then bets placed based on the original listing will be void.

We will endeavour to identify on our Website all matches played at a neutral venue. For matches played at a neutral venue (whether indicated on our site or not), bets will stand regardless of which team is listed as the home team.

If an official fixture, lists different team details to those listed on our Website then bets will be void e.g. official fixture specifies in the team name, Reserves/Age Group e.g. Under 21's/Gender e.g. Women.

In all other cases bets stand, including instances where we list a team name without specifying the term 'XI' in the name.

If a match is played in a non-standard format i.e. 3 or 4 periods, then all 'Half' related markets are void.

  6. Card purchases

Betting tournaments will be settled based on the total number of cards to be shown for a specific FIFA or UEFA tournament. The official result from the website of FIFA or UEFA shall be used for the settlement.

All the cards to be shown shall only refer to the 90-minute play, and, therefore, if any card is shown during extra time it shall not be taken into account for betting purposes. Any cards that may be cancelled by the referee during the match, any cards shown to inactive players or to any other member/agent, as well as any cards to be shown before the beginning of the match or the final whistle shall not be taken into account. Any cards shown between the final whistle and the start of extra time shall not be taken into account.

1st yellow/red card: Apart from the “Results” option for Team A and Team B, a “Both at the same time” option shall be provided. This result arises when the match does not continue between the first and the second yellow card (or the first and second disqualification). Example: A player from Team A is shown a yellow card for a foul. If a player from Team B also commits a foul - before the continuation of the match (free kick is on play) - and is also shown a yellow card, then the “both at the same time” result shall apply.

Yellow cards: Only the yellow cards shown are taken into account for the total number of yellow cards. A red card shall not count for 2 yellow ones.

Number of yellow/red cards: If a player is sent off with a 2nd yellow card, this card shall count as 2 yellow cards and 1 red card for betting purposes. If a match is abandoned for any reasons, all bets shall be void, unless if the purchase has already been determined, e.g. if Team 1 has more than 2.5 yellow cards - the bet for 3 yellow cards to Team A prior to the abandonment of the match shall be considered as winning.

The first player to be shown a card: In case that two or more players are shown a card for the same incident, then the player who was shown the card first by the referee shall be considered as winner. When selection does not participate or does not occur after the first yellow card is shown, bets shall be considered void.

(Player X) will be shown a yellow card (regulation time only): Bets for players not playing the match shall be considered as void. Applies only to players within the playing field, cards shown to non-players, e.g. managers, substitutes shall not count towards the total.

Managers, substitutes shall not count towards the total. All cards shown beyond regulation time shall not count (halftime break & after the full-time whistle has been blown).

  7. Settlement of Wagers

Statistics provided by the Providers will be used to settle wagers. Where statistics are not provided or there is significant evidence that Providers’ statistics are incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support bet settlement.

In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, bets will be settled based on our own statistics.

  11. Scorecasts - First Player to Score and Correct Score

If the player takes the field after the first goal has been scored or if he does not play the match, then all the bets will be settled at odds of one in the market for the correct score at the odds of the beginning of the match.

If the match is abandoned after a goal is scored, then all bets will be settled at odds of one for the market of the first scorer at the odds of the beginning of the match. If the first goal is an own-goal, then the own-goal option counts as winner even if it is not offered at that point.

  12. Scorecasts - Last Player to Score and Correct Score

If a player does not play the match, then all bets will be settled at odds of one for the correct score at the odds of the beginning of the match. All the players playing the match will be deemed as participants in the next goal bet.

If you place a bet during half-time and the player does not return in the match for the 2nd half, then all the bets will be void.

Any subsequent changes shall not affect the bet. In the case of own-goal, the own-goal option shall count as winner even if it is not offered at that point.

  15. Player to Score Any Time

The only exception to this is for South American leagues, where a playoff is played to determine the league winner when teams are tied 1st on points. In this case, we will deem the league winner to be the winner of the subsequent playoff.

    Top Goalscorer

Only goals scored within the quoted division are counted for this market irrespective of the team (within that division) for which they are scored. The team quoted alongside the player is for reference only.

The settlement will be based on the official result as stated by the respective organizer of the specific competition, the broadcast, or the game’s interface. All bets placed before the actual start time are valid. A match canceled/postponed will be considered void unless transferred/resumed within the same day of the starting time. If a match is played before the scheduled start date/time, then all bets placed after the actual start time of the match will be invalid. Start dates/times are indicative and with no guarantee as to their correctness.

The bets do not apply to non-participants. In case of spelling errors in the name of a player or team, bets will be valid, unless it is obvious that there is a mistake. If a team changes its name after the team leaves the organization, joins another organization, or officially changes its name then all bets will be valid.

All the markets of a match will be settled according to its regular duration (4 periods of 8 minutes), unless otherwise stated. The regular duration must be completed for all the bets to be valid, unless otherwise stated. In the event of a match starting but not being completed, then all the bets will be deemed as void, unless a specific market has already been determined.

26

Dead Heat

  1. In the event of a dead heat (a tie), stakes will be divided by the number of selections that have tied, with the divided stake settled at full odds. Remaining stakes are lost. If the tie was a betting option, then the dead heat rule does not apply.

The dead heat rule only applies to 'future' wagers. For example, if there is a 3 way tie for the top scorer in a league, then your winnings are calculated by taking your stake, dividing it by 3, and multiplying that amount by the odds on your betting ticket.

Multiple Bets

  1. Multiple bets are accepted, however no such bet can be accepted where the result of one leg influences the outcome of another.

Multiple bets that combine different selections within the same event are not accepted where the outcome of one affects or is affected by the other, unless a Special bet for such a combination is offered.

Multiple bets that combine selections that are resolved at different times but within the same tournament are not accepted. These bets will be settled as instructed with the price of the second or subsequent selection being determined at each individual stage.

Multiple bets that combine selections within different events where the outcome of one affects or is affected by the other are not accepted, unless a Special bet for such a selection is offered.

In the case of all multiples including selections with related outcomes, if a bet is taken inadvertently we reserve the right to void part of or the whole of the bet.

  2. An accumulator bet, also known as "laying a parlay", allows for higher returns by carrying over the winnings on one event to be placed as the stake on the next event, and so on, for a pre-determined number of events selected.

Winning an accumulator bet, requires that all of your selections must win for you to receive any return.

  3. A N-Fold bet allows the construction of several smaller accumulator bets from a selection of events. These smaller accumulator bets are formed by taking all possible combinations of N events from the initial selection of events. A minimum of N+1 selections is required for placing a N-Fold bet. Depending on the number of selections, the total "Cost" of placing a N-Fold bet is higher because it is not a single bet, but a series of small bets; the number of combinations is shown next to the Stake in your bet slip, e.g. 5 combinations is shown as 5x, so the cost of the bet is 5 times the Stake.

A 2-fold bet is called 'Doubles', while a 3-fold bet is called 'Trebles'.

Winning a N-Fold bet requires winning at least one combination. Since each combination is an accumulator bet that means all events in a combination must win for the combination to win. Each combination won is added to the total winnings of the N-Fold bet. The maximum amount that can be won (if all combinations are won) is shown in the Winnings on your bet slip.

*Asian Handicap details:
Asian handicap betting applies a handicap to the favorite and reduces the possible number of outcomes from three (in traditional 1X2 wagering) to two by eliminating the draw outcome. The handicap, which is either a whole number, a half-number or a mix of those, is trying to balance the market. In the event that a whole number is used for the handicap, the handicap adjusted final score could result in a draw where all bettors have their original wagers returned as there is no winner while quarter (¼) handicaps split the bet between the two closest ½ intervals where the bettor can win and tie (win ½ of wager) or lose and tie (lose ½ wager). The stake is automatically divided equally and placed as 2 separate bets. Please refer to the following examples regarding settlement of bets:

Bets can be placed up to 10 seconds prior to the start of the next upcoming race as well as on all future races of the current race days at any time.

  1. Race day information

Race days are generated continuously - a new one will be started as soon as the current one has finished. The single race day covers 9 races on the same race track (turf or dirt) with an average total duration of a race day of 35 minutes.

  1. Race information

Dependent on the number of participating horses (8, 10 or 12 horses) and the race distance (3 different distances per track) the single race has a total duration of approx. 3 to 5 minutes and, separated into a ‘Race Begin’ (15 seconds), ‘Horse Introduction’ (6 seconds per horse), ‘Bet stop’ (10 seconds), ‘Race’ (70 to 160 seconds, dependent on race distance) and ‘Race End’ (10 seconds) period. At the beginning/end of the race day there’s also a ‘Raceday Begin’/ ‘Raceday End’ (30 seconds each) period.

  1. Betting

Betting on a VHC race is allowed up to 10 seconds prior to the race start. Betting markets for future races of the current race days (race channel 1 and race channel 2) remain open. When a future race from ‘Race Calendar’ is selected, the odds table at the bottom will automatically scroll to the corresponding position. The following race related betting markets are available:

Market Description
Winner You bet that the horse you selected will win.
Place You bet that the horse you selected finishes first, second or third.
Straight Forecast / Dual Forecast With straight forecast bets you bet on the 2 horses which you expect to finish first and second in the correct order. Each tournament consists of 4 rounds starting with 16 players (round 16, round 8, semi finals, final). Due to the parallel tournament approach one complete cup lasts for 25:30 minutes separated into a ‘Tournament Introduction’ period of 15 seconds prior to the cup start , the ‘Cup Round’ loop of 3:30 per cup round and a ‘Cup Celebration’ period of another 15 seconds at the end of each cup.

  1. Each Way

An Each-Way bet contains a wager on the bet for the option to “Win” and a wager on the same bet on the option to “Place”, in accordance with the advertised terms of the event. The bet is divided by two (equal for every choice). That is, if a bet of €10 is placed on the Each Way market for horse X with a payout of 5 and the horse wins, essentially the sum of 10 euro will be equally divided and the bet will return €5 X 5 which is its payout.

In general, for UK Horse Racing the “Place” part of Each Way bets will be settled according to the following terms of Place:

All other races of 8 or more participants, 1/5 odds for the first 3 places.

Races of 5, 6, or 7 participants, 1/4 odds for the first 2 places.

In all races the number of participants will be the number of those in the starting rows. Bets according to which the Place bet exceeds the Win bet will not be accepted. The doubles, triples and accumulator Each Way bets will be settled “win to win” and “place to place” according to the above.

If the horse does not win but finishes in the 2nd or 3rd place respectively to each Each Way bet that the race has then the amount paid is the 1/4 of their odds.

Head To Head Bets

  1. Head To Head Bets are bets between teams or players, whose result depends on each team’s or player’s performance for the matchday, the matches, or the time period they are assigned to.

    Between Teams

The result of the Head To Head Bets between teams is based only on the goals scored by each team of the event during the specified season.

For example, let´s consider Head To Head Bets concerning Liverpool and Manchester City, whose matches for the designated matchday are Liverpool-Arsenal and Manchester City - Leicester.

We assume that the result of the Liverpool - Arsenal match is 3-1 and of the Manchester City- Leicester match is 1-1.Then the markets of the Head To Head Bets for Liverpool - Manchester City will be paid for a 3-1 result in favor of Liverpool.

Should any match (concerning specific teams of the Head To Head Bets) be canceled, suspended, or postponed, the Head To Head Bets are invalid and the bets are returned.

    Between Players

The result of the Head To Head Bets between players is based on each player's performance (goals or points, assists, rebounds) during the specified season or time period it is assigned to.

Example 1: Let’s consider Head To Head Bets concerning goals scored by Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi during specific matches.

We assume that Cristiano Ronaldo scored 2 goals and Lionel Messi 3. Consequently, the winner of the Head To Head Bet (Most goals) is Lionel Messi.

Example 2: Let’s consider Head To Head Bets (certain bets for a specific season) concerning points, assists, and rebounds won by Giannis Antetokounmpo and James Harden.

We assume that Giannis Antetokounmpo had 33 points, 5 assists, and 8 rebounds, while James Harden had 31 points, 9 assists, and 9 rebounds. Consequently, the winner of the Head To Head bets for the assists and the rebounds is James Harden, while for the most points is Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Should any player (designated by the Head To Head Bets) not play, the Head To Head Bets are invalid and the bets are returned.
