Validating personal details

Identity Verification Process (KYC):

As a company, we pride ourselves on the integrity and transparency of our business. It is important that we are able to positively identify our customers and in particular confirm that they are over 18. This process helps us provide our best service, and ensures minimal disruptions to your betting.

Simply put, Know Your Customer (KYC) is our opportunity to positively identify Novibet members to ensure that we know who they are, and involves members being requested to supply us with documents to prove their identity. This is for the security of both us and our customers.

How do I verify my account?

In order to verify your account you will need to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Please provide at support@novibet.com or support@novibet.co.uk (UK residents) the relevant documents, depending on the payment method you will choose to use.

Deposit Method: 

Credit/Debit card

  • Photograph of your ID or passport (both sides)
  • Photograph of your card (both sides). For safety reasons, the first 6 and last 4 digits must be visible. You may cover the security code CVV on the back side.
  • Photograph of a recent proof of address (bank statement or utility bill issued within 3 months)

 

Paysafe card

  • Photograph of your ID, passport or driving license  (both sides) 
  • Photograph of your bank booklet or printscreen of your e-banking, showing your Bank details, such as IBAN and account holder's name.
  • Photograph of a recent proof of address (bank statement or utility bill issued within 3 months)

 

Bank Transfer

  • Photograph of your ID, passport or driving license  (both sides) 
  • Photograph of your bank booklet or printscreen of your e-banking, showing your Bank details, such as IBAN and account holder's name.
  • Photograph of a recent proof of address (bank statement or utility bill issued within 3 months)
